I've been going to Precision Automotive for over 20 years now. Whether it be maintenance or bodywork from a collision, I've never had a bad experience. I recommend my family and friends to take all their cars to Precision. For a few years I resided in Burlington and tried to find a shop that did equally as good of a job and I never ever was as happy as I was bringing my cars to Precision. They have serviced my Audi, Honda, and Toyota cars. Great service, and most importantly, honest workmanship. I now have a 2015 Subaru, and they do the regular service on that now. Five stars for Precision!

I've been taking my car to Precision for years because of their professionalism, friendly service and honesty. They would recommend to you what needed to be fixed right away and what could be waited. They would try whatever they can to fix the problems before telling you to get new parts. More than once, they fixed my car without me buying new parts. The last star is just because they don't normally open on Saturdays, by appointment only.

I had my SUV serviced with wheels alignment at Thornhill Precision Auto a few weeks ago. The work was done with promised time length and quality. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended to friends.
